Lecturer in Early Years and Education

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Early Years and Education to join the Early Years and Education department at Sandwell College offering opportunities for full‑time and part‑time roles.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional or educator who is passionate about inspiring the next generation of childcare and education practitioners within the further education sector. You will play a key role in delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across Early Years programmes, supporting learners to develop the practical skills, knowledge and professional behaviours required for successful careers within the industry.

Working closely with the Head of Curriculum and wider curriculum team, you will contribute to the continued growth and development of the department, ensuring students receive an outstanding learning experience that prepares them for employment or further study.
