Overview
The Meadows School (Sandwell) (SIPS) is looking for a SEND Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support and enrich the learning experience for students with complex and profound needs.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
- Build relationships with staff, students and parents using a range of engagement strategies.
- Support pupils to develop high expectations of their own learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively within the team and fully support the ethos and aims of the school.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children with SEND.
- Positive, flexible and open to new ideas.
- Team player.
- Level 4 qualified higher level teaching assistant.
- English & Maths GCSE minimum grade C/4.
- Willfully committed to supporting and making a real difference to students’ learning outcomes.
- Experience with students with complex and profound needs (full training will be provided).

Hours: 32.5 hours, Term Time plus 1 week
Grade: Grade E, SCP 18-25, £31,537 - £36,363 (Actual Salary £24,824 - £29,483 p.a.) + SEN Allowance
Location: The Meadows School, Dudley Road East, Oldbury, B69 3BU
/ Connor Road, West Bromwich, B71 3DJ
