Supply Teacher – Great Barr Are you a passionate Supply Teacher looking for flexible work in secondary schools? Winner Education are working with a number of secondary schools in the Great Barr area who are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply or long-term opportunities, we have roles to suit your availability. What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Create a positive and productive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Ensure students remain engaged and make progress during lessons Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments Provide feedback to teaching staff where required

What We're Looking For:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school Confidence teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Strong communication and organisational skills A flexible, reliable, and professional approach Why Winner Education?
