IPAF And PASMA Instructor​/Trainee Instructor

We are seeking an IPAF/PASMA instructor, or someone with the enthusiasm and drive to work towards gaining these qualifications, to join our team in the West Midlands and surrounding area.

Salary: between £NMW and £37,500 depending on qualifications and experience, plus car allowance, benefits and incentive scheme.

• Delivering high quality training to national standards for IPAF and PASMA.
• Creating a safe and engaging learning environment to support and mentor learners to achieve their qualification.
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Preparing indoor and outdoor training areas.

The ideal candidate:

• Will hold an IPAF & PASMA Instructor licence (PASMA licence can be worked towards).
• Will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Will be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, and have good time management.
• Will hold a full driving licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
