• Deliver targeted intervention sessions for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to improve mathematical understanding and confidence.
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging Maths lessons.
• Help prepare students for GCSE Maths examinations.
• Encourage problem‑solving skills and develop a positive attitude towards Mathematics.

• Holds a degree in Mathematics or a related subject (or has relevant classroom experience).
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is passionate about education and helping students achieve their best.
• Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
