Lunchtime Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly school team in West Bromwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to ensuring a safe, happy, and positive lunchtime environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, both indoors and outdoors.

* Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring school behaviour policies are followed.

* Promoting safe play and assisting children where required.

* Helping to resolve minor disputes calmly and fairly.

* Reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate member of staff.

* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

* Previous experience working in a school or childcare environment.

* Confidence in supervising groups of children and managing behaviour effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A calm, patient, and approachable manner.

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
