Your new role
Supply teachers are essential in keeping schools running smoothly when permanent staff are unavailable. By stepping into a variety of classroom year groups, you help ensure students continue receiving meaningful, high-quality learning. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons across various year groups across Early Years, KS1 and KS2, helping learners stay engaged and on track
Create a calm and supportive learning environment using clear and consistent behaviour management techniques
Monitor student progress and relay constructive feedback to full-time teaching staff to enhance each pupil's growth
Move confidently between different school communities, tailoring your teaching style to suit diverse learners.
What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strengths in English, Maths and phonics
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent communication and good classroom management
Prior experience teaching within a primary school setting
