- Medway & Surrounding Areas Are you a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor looking for flexible opportunities across secondary schools in Medway? I'm currently building my network of Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and ongoing opportunities across Medway and the surrounding areas . This is a great opportunity if you already have school experience, are considering a career in teaching, or simply enjoy working with young people and want greater flexibility in your working week.
Medway & Surrounding Areas Secondary Schools | KS3-KS5 Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Ongoing Cover ? Flexible Opportunities Available About You Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience working with secondary-aged students QTS or other teaching qualifications preferred School or classroom experience is highly desirable Confidence supervising classes across KS3-KS5 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects Experience supporting SEN/additional learning needs is advantageous A calm, confident and adaptable approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll provide classroom cover during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged and learning continues effectively.
