Pennyhill Primary School is a large primary school with amazing children, families and staff in West Bromwich. We are passionate about providing high quality and varied learning that inspires, raises aspirations, and enriches lives, enabling all children to achieve their full potential.

We are now looking to grow a talented and hardworking team of support staff. You must have the ability to support the learning of different groups of pupils and a desire to work with individuals who have varying needs.

These positions are full time and term time only.

You will need to:

• Be self-motivated and dedicated to supporting both groups and individual children.
• Be calm, patient, caring and nurturing
• Enjoy working with children who have additional needs, praising small steps progress
• Have the ability to work with children who have gaps in their learning
• Work well with other adults
• Have a desire to work in a school that is committed to improving the life chances for all pupils

Grade:Grade B, SCP 4, £26,016 (Actual Salary - £21,018 - £21,290 p.a.)
