Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional
Aspire People is recruiting a Year 2 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in Smethwick. The role focuses on accessing learning, building confidence and helping the child thrive in the Year 2 class.
Responsibilities include delivering engaging activities, supporting social and emotional development, and working with teachers and SENCOs. Previous school-based experience is preferred;
Level 2/3 TA is desirable but not essential.
