Smile Education is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS4 pupil in a specialist SEN setting in the B65 area. The role is long-term and requires resilience, strong behaviour management, and a genuine passion for helping young people with complex needs.
You will work 1:1, help the pupil access lessons, manage disengagement, and collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual plans and promote emotional regulation.
