RE Teacher

Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a RE Teacher to work in a Secondary School in Sandwell, with opportunities available for teachers looking for either day-to-day supply or longer-term work. This is a great opportunity for a passionate RE Teacher to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on students' learning.

The school is looking for a confident and adaptable RE Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be able to teach Religious Education effectively to a range of abilities and create a positive classroom environment where students are encouraged to participate and develop their knowledge.

This role would suit an experienced teacher looking for flexibility, as well as an ECT looking to gain further experience across different school settings.

The position is available immediately, with both day-to-day and longer-term opportunities available depending on the candidate and school requirements.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are also welcome to apply
• Previous experience teaching RE or Religious Studies at secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the Religious Education curriculum
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Good classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching

• Pay: £174.71 to £240.72 per day, depending on experience

This RE Teacher position in Sandwell is easily commutable from Oldbury, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Tipton, Wednesbury and surrounding areas. The schools are accessible by road and public transport.
