Seeking a Certification / Compliance Coordinator to ensure documentation and compliance processes are followed correctly and to the agreed customer and industry standards.

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing certification and compliance documents for precision engineered products
• Coordinating timely and accurate submissions across internal teams
• Supporting audits and inspections—both internal and customer‑facing
• Staying ahead of changing quality standards and industry regulations
• Driving process improvements and helping teams work smarter

• c £32k − £40k (DOE)
• 26 days holiday (rising with service) + 8 statutory days
• Death in Service benefit
• A secure, stable role in a well‑established, quality‑focused engineering business

• A sharp eye for detail and a methodical, process‑driven mindset
• Experience with certification, documentation, or compliance in engineering or manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of materials or metallurgy would be highly advantageous
