Field Manager – Nokia Expert Onsite

We are hiring an experienced Field Manager with proven expertise in Nokia RAN equipment and T-Mobile (Magenta) network builds
. This role involves leading field activities for new site builds, upgrades, commissioning, and integration, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee field execution for Nokia RAN integration
  , commissioning, and troubleshooting (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
• Manage Nokia cabinet installations
  , board replacements (CBU/DUL, OBIF, RAX/TX), and software upgrades.
• Coordinate and supervise microwave installation & alignment.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of site reports, audits, and close-out packages.
• Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Enforce and adhere to T-Mobile/Magenta build standards.

• Proven experience on T-Mobile (Magenta) build projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Nokia RAN equipment (commissioning, integration, troubleshooting).
• Strong knowledge of RF, antennas, transmission, and site acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Must have proper authorization to work in the USA (US Citizen or GC holder).
