• Provide on-site technical support and consultancy for V93000 Smartest 7/8 systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in production test environments.

• Act as the primary interface between the customer’s engineering teams and our support organization.

• Assist in system setup, maintenance, and optimization for customer‑specific applications.

• Document findings, solutions, and best practices.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear communication with both customer and internal teams.

• Strong hands‑on experience with V93000 Smartest 7 and 8 platforms.

• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written).

• Experience providing technical support or consultancy in a production or test engineering environment is a plus.
