Company: Allied Bakeries
Location: West Bromwich
In the role of an Apprentice Engineer, you'll learn how our plant operates and to fix, maintain and review all our factory machinery. On top of on‑job training, you'll work towards an Engineering Apprenticeship Standard that is recognised across the industry and will help you build your career here.
We offer a highly competitive salary and reward package. Salary will depend on how far you are through your apprenticeship.
Key Accountabilities- You should have an interest in how things work.
- Have a logical way of working.
- Ambition to learn and develop in a hands‑on role.
- An interest in Engineering and a strong work ethic.
- Be able to work well as part of a team.
- Driven to find solutions to problems.
- You should have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths, English and Science at grade C or above.
