Location: Oldbury
WMJobs seeks a Fire Risk Assessor to join the Asset Management and Improvement team. You will conduct fire risk assessments for low rise residential premises and potentially more, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, experience in fire risk assessments, and excellent communication skills. This hybrid role requires 37 hours per week with at least 3 days in the office. Benefits include generous leave and pension scheme.
