Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights (12-hour shifts)
Salary: £46,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across production equipment
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimise downtime
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
- Formal Engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3 or above
- Minimum of five years' experience in electrical and mechanical engineering
- Completed apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, ideally within manufacturing
- Proven experience applying engineering knowledge to solve technical problems
- Strong fault-finding and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working with AC and DC motors
- Fundamental knowledge of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player with a proactive approach to maintenance
