Design Engineer (Electronics) £45,000 - £50,000  Flexible Hours  Bonus  5% Pension  Private Health  31 Days Holiday Crowborough Are you Design Engineer from an electronics background looking to work on state-of-the-art products, where your designs will make a difference in the world and you will be recognised as a go-to specialist within a niche industry? Are you looking for a unique and varied role working in a specialist R&D team, with ongoing training on bespoke equipment and software, plus clear routes to progress to senior positions within 2 years?

In this role you will be designing and testing a broad range of alarm systems for use in commercial and residential properties globally. You will be working on a range of projects, testing equipment and bespoke products, plus writing test software and firmware, with ongoing shadowing given. Founded over 40 years ago, this company design and manufacturing safety systems across the globe, supplying into the likes of Liverpool FC, The Shard, and HSBC.

Their goal to provide their safety systems into every building worldwide, making a genuine difference in the world. This role would suit a Design Engineer from an electronic background, looking to progress into a research & development role, with plenty of career paths for the future.

The Role:

Electronic design of niche products which will be used to save lives Working on a variety of projects, designing test equipment and bespoke products Writing test software and firmware, electronic design using Altium, with training given Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, flexible times between 7:30am - 5pm
