Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE+ Excellent Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with experience in export controls, customs, licensing and international trade. You will play a key role in reducing regulatory risk, supporting cross-border operations and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation.

• * Manage export control and trade compliance activities.
• * Determine export licence requirements and oversee licence usage.
• * Prepare and review import/export documentation.
• * Classify products using commodity codes and export control classifications.
• * Conduct sanctions and restricted-party screening.
• * Support customs compliance and import/export processes.
• * Work closely with sales, logistics, finance and operations teams.
• * Maintain accurate records and support audits.
• * Monitor compliance risks and support corrective actions.
• * Provide guidance and awareness training to internal stakeholders.
• * Assist with shipping solutions and import clearances.

• * Experience with in export controls, customs compliance or international trade.
• * Knowledge of UK export controls, HMRC requirements and sanctions compliance.
• * Experience with import/export documentation and licensing processes.
  
  Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• * Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• * Experience with in defence, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or technology sectors would be advantageous.
• * Eligible to obtain SC level security clearance.
