Rate: £250 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Location: Fully Remote

Contract: 6 Months Initially

We are seeking experienced Annual Review Case Officers to support a local authority SEND service with the management and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong understanding of SEND legislation and annual review processes to manage a caseload of children and young people, ensuring plans remain accurate, compliant and outcome-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Coordinate annual reviews and amendment processes in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Act as the named officer for allocated cases, providing advice and guidance to families, educational settings and partner agencies.
• Gather and analyse information from a range of professionals to inform decisions relating to EHCP amendments, maintenance or cessation.
• Draft, review and amend EHCPs, ensuring outcomes are SMART and plans are issued to a high standard within statutory timescales.
