West Midlands MOU Capped rates apply – maximum pay of £33.30 p/h

Responsibilities
  • Respond to the needs of children through s47 CP investigations or s17 CIN single assessments
  • Play a role in developing relationships with children and their families to identify needs and work with families to develop plans to achieve change
  • Ensure that the voice of the child is at the centre of your work and use a range of work tools to evidence the child’s voice in your assessments

Role Description

Temporary roles for Qualified and Unqualified Workers in Social Care. Day-to-day tasks will include providing support and care to individuals and families, assessments, court work, child protection, and more.

Hybrid working, full-time, flexible.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Empathy and compassion for others
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Relevant qualifications in social work or related field
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for the role)
