full time hours , Monday to Friday.

As a Social Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. You’ll assess needs, develop care plans, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to safeguard vulnerable people and improve their quality of life. This is a highly rewarding role where you will directly impact the wellbeing and safety of those you support.

• Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments and risk evaluations for service users.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review tailored support plans.
• Safeguarding: Ensure the protection of vulnerable children and adults.
• Advocacy: Support clients to access healthcare, housing, benefits, and community resources.
• Collaborative Working:>
  Partner with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and voluntary organisations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case notes in compliance with professional standards.

• Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
• Licenses: Yes.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Social Worker required in a Local Authority.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong case management and problem-solving ability. Resilience and empathy when working with complex cases.
• Collaborative Mindset: A proactive team player who values safeguarding and empowerment.
