We’re looking for motivated and detail‑focused individuals to join our  HUB team, based at the Superdrug West Bromwich Pharmacy, supporting the accurate picking and packing of PMED orders in a fast‑paced, non‑patient‑facing environment. This role is ideal for a trained dispenser or a university pharmacy student seeking hands‑on experience within a hub setting, with the potential for the position to become permanent.

Candidates will need a flexible approach, as there may be opportunities for overtime to support annual leave within the team. We have two contract options available:
Contract 1 offers fixed hours every Sunday from 10am–4pm, and Contract 2 includes every other Saturday from 9am–5:30pm alongside every Sunday from 10am–4pm (counting as one day per week on the rota, as our Superdrug week runs Sunday to Saturday).

Hours: 6 hours per week. This is a 3‑month temporary position, which may go permanent.

Salary: £13.30 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £12.50 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent)
  OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
