About the Role: We are looking for an experienced EDI Lead to join our team. This role involves delivering end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in EDI mapping, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP), business process orchestration, and API integrations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to design, implement, and support scalable and high-performing integration solutions.

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and deliver customized EDI solutions.
• Develop and maintain EDI maps and business workflows.
• Set up secure communication channels (AS2, SFTP, etc.) with trading partners.
• Create and execute unit test plans to ensure integration reliability.
• Support SIT/UAT and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Conduct performance testing and optimize for high-volume scenarios.
• Prepare documentation and transition support to post-go-live teams.
• Develop go-live plans and provide warranty support after deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously within defined timelines.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in EDI integration tools/platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Experience with data formats: XML, flat files, spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in transfer protocols: AS2, FTP/s, SFTP, HTTP/s.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and joins.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
