You’ll operate in a lean, agile environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to identify the right problems to solve and deliver meaningful business value.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse, document and prioritise requirements that support the organisation’s long-term strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex financial services and systems requirements into clear specifications, process flows and use cases.
• Support continuous product discovery and improvement through data, customer insights, and experimentation.
• Identify dependencies and risks across the full lifecycle, ensuring solutions are efficient and compliant.
• Embed regulatory, security and risk considerations into every aspect of the solution design.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, banking, or Fin Tech, with deep understanding of systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in lean agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) driving real business outcomes.
• Confident communicator able to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
• Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to balance quantitative insights and qualitative understanding.
