The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of EPOS system implementations across hospitality sites including pubs, restaurants, hotels, and leisure venues
. You’ll be the central hub between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams — keeping projects on track, stakeholders informed, and sites ready to trade. From IMACs to large-scale rollouts, you’ll ensure EPOS deployments are planned, controlled, and delivered to a high standard
. If you thrive on structure, communication, and making things happen behind the scenes, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project Coordination & Scheduling
  • Coordinate end-to-end EPOS installations across multiple hospitality sites
  • Schedule engineers, implementers, and third-party suppliers
  • Manage BAU IMACs and larger rollout programmes
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for EPOS project activity
  • Liaise with site managers to confirm access, trading windows, and readiness
  • Provide clear, timely updates on schedules, risks, and changes
Documentation & Control
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and asset records
  • Update HALO / CRM and Work Request Trackers accurately
  • Produce project updates and status reports when required
  • Support RAMS creation, sign-offs, and quality checks
Quality, Cost & Compliance
  • Ensure installs meet agreed quality, security, and H&S standards
  • Manage accommodation bookings, travel, and POs within budget
  • Review delivery methodology to drive cost and process efficiencies
  • Support audits, invoicing sign-offs, and retail control compliance
Team & Delivery Support
  • Coordinate implementer activity and sign-offs
  • Support training needs that impact project delivery
