• Consult with internal teams to understand business needs and provide expert guidance on IT solutions.
• Assess current IT infrastructure, identify gaps, and propose tailored solutions to improve efficiency, security, and performance.
• Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing systems to align with business requirements.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve IT-related issues and optimize user experience.
• Oversee data management practices, including data integrity and security protocols, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Document system requirements, create workflows, and develop best practices to standardize IT processes.
• Train and support staff on IT systems and tools, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to use technology effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements, recommending improvements to keep the organization’s IT infrastructure up-to-date.

• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software development processes.
• Proficiency in systems analysis, data management, and information security protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
