Overview

nGeneration are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Field Service Administrator to join our Field Service team. We pride ourselves on our service, as the first point of contact for our customers, your friendly and helpful demeanour is crucial as you diagnose and solve their IT issues or escalates them to our field service engineers, keeping the customer updated every step of the way.

Essential

Experience

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an administrative role. Scheduling or first-line help desk analyst experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Experience working with software such as Google Maps, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills, communicating accurately and in a timely manner
  • Organisational abilities and experience working in a pressured environment
  • Ability to quickly resolve scheduling and SLA conflicts
  • Professionalism to communicate in a polite and professional manner with peers
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritising own workload and acting on own initiative
  • Good understanding of UK geography
  • Understanding of network, computer hardware, and Windows desktop support
  • Experience with hospitality and retail EPoS systems or working within the hospitality or retail industry
Shift Pattern

3 days on - 3 days off, 12 hour shifts on a rota basis.

£25,557.00 per year
