Sandwell College is seeking an IT Technician to join the IT Services team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will support over 15,000 students and staff, providing first- and second-line helpdesk services and maintaining a modern, reliable IT environment across college sites.
Based at Sandwell College campus, you’ll install and troubleshoot hardware, deploy software, and keep accurate documentation while promoting security and excellent customer service.
