Sandwell College is seeking a proactive IT Technician to join our IT Services team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract at our West Bromwich campus. You will provide first- and second-line support to staff and students, install and maintain IT equipment, and help deliver a reliable IT environment across college sites.
The role requires strong customer service, Windows OS knowledge, and experience in busy education settings.
