Supply Planner

Supply Planner Position Summary

We are seeking a Supply Planner with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a related role. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, proficient in production planning systems (such as MRP), and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills. They will play a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, optimizing inventory, and supporting production planning.

• Develop and manage supply plans to meet production and customer demand
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to maintain optimal stock
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply plans
• Identify and resolve supply constraints or material shortages
• Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems
• Produce reports and KPIs to track supply chain performance

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency with production planning systems such as MRP
• Good understanding of supply chain and business operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• 37 hours per week:
  Monday Thursday 8:30am 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am 4:00pm

• £34,000 £ 41,000 per annum, depending on experience
