Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with an innovative and forward‑thinking manufacturing company to recruit for a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
!

Salary - £28,000 to £35,000

Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)

This will be a key role within the business to help them continue to drive change and growth:

Ideal person for this role is confident and detail‑driven. As a Supply Chain Manager you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end supply chain activity: planning, stock, suppliers, logistics, and order flow – ensuring the right products and components are available at the right time and that clear communication flows across the business.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes, and keeping things moving when pressure is on.

• Part Code Control:
  Create and maintain part codes
• Demand & Forecast Planning
• Supplier Management: UK and overseas suppliers
• Coordinate and oversee the movement and handling of goods through the supply chain, from factory to warehouse to customer
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels to prevent shortages, over‑stocking, or disruption to supply
• Price List Maintenance
• Process orders for UK stock and direct‑from‑factory customer orders, providing accurate ETAs and keeping relevant stakeholders informed
• Provide operational support to the Business Operations Manager, including process improvement projects, health & safety compliance, sales support and other cross‑departmental operational duties as required

Previous experience in supply chain or inventory management is essential.
