Location:

Take responsibility to plan and implement available resources in the most safe and efficient manner in order to meet customer service requirements.
Maximise resource utilisation and load size, whilst ensuring all regulations and standards are met. Take responsibility for the relationship with the bitumen clients to maintain excellent levels of customer service. Responsibilities:
Ensure that gas grade outs are completely avoided. Take accountability for escalation of any potential delivery issues that may risk a grade out situation to senior Oxalis management to develop a mitigation plan. Manage appropriately any product allocations that are imposed to ensure continuity of supply. This includes accurately recording lifted volumes so that product can be managed over the appropriate period of time Ensure resources are planned in the most cost effective way whilst maintaining site stock levels in line with customer KPIs and adhering to Oxalis safety criteria at all times.
Ensure that all vehicles at all times are loaded in such a manner as to remain compliant with regards to axle weights and gross vehicle weight, whilst maintaining vehicle stability, especially during instances of split deliveries. What we are looking for:
