Lead, mentor, and inspire your on-site warehouse and logistics teams. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, clear communication, and daily engagement.
Inbound & Outbound Execution:
Oversee daily transport networks, inbound milk-runs, and outbound distribution, ensuring JIT (Just-in-Time) and JIS (Just-in-Sequence) schedules are met with zero line stoppages.
Launch & Programme Support:
Coordinate logistics readiness for new product introductions and component changes, working closely with internal production teams and external customers.
Operational Compliance:
Ensure adherence to automotive quality standards, EDI systems, and specific OEM packaging or labelling guidelines.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive practical, shop-floor lean initiatives (5S, waste reduction, process mapping) alongside your team to continuously improve warehouse and logistics efficiency.

Solid operational background (5+ years) in logistics, transport, or supply chain management within an automotive or precision manufacturing environment.
Technical Familiarity:
Practical knowledge of automotive logistics frameworks, such as EDI, JIT/JIS flows, and standard warehouse management practices.
