Caretaker – EQUANS

Location: Coleshill Office, Birmingham, B46 1JU

Employment type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £25,000 – £25,700 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Deliver caretaking and cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio.
• Establish a close working relationship with the school and community groups.
• Ensure all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the Project Agreement.
• Produce risk assessments and method statements as required.
• Manage cleaning and caretaking within an educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant continuous working experience providing FM services, including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential)
• Experience in producing risk assessments and method statements. (Essential)
• Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment. (Desirable)
