gap personnel are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our client based in Wednesbury !
Straight permanent placement!
ShiftMonday to Friday PM 2PM-10PM
Pay: 35-40k per annum
Key responsibilities- Maintenance Planning
- Troubleshooting and Equipment inspection
- Maintaining detailed documentation: repairs, inspections, parts.
- Working closely with engineering team
- Ensure that compliance and health and safety are followed
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics/pneumatic
- Experience with pumps, motors and bearings would be beneficial
- Familiar with CMMS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good time management and adaptability
