Branch Manager - Oldbury
Basic Salary: £38,000
OTE: £44,000
37.5 hours a week:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

32 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays Join our client’s team as a Branch Manager / Sales and Service Manager in Oldbury, West Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to take on a leadership responsibility within a well-established company. The Sales and Service Manager position offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and the chance to develop your management skills in a dynamic environment.
Benefits include:
Competitive basic salary of £38,000 per annum
Performance-based sales bonus - £44K OTE
32 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays
Monday to Friday working hours from 9am to 5pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break.

As the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the branch and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Managing and motivating staff to achieve sales and margin targets
Actively visiting business clients to retain existing accounts and acquire new customers
Selling and promoting trailers, parts, equipment, and services.
Ensuring stock levels are maintained within budget and stock systems are accurately managed
Ensuring the branch is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with parts and promotional materials.
Developing product knowledge and increasing market penetration through personal contact and promotional activities
Maintaining detailed records of sales, leads, enquiries, and prospects.
Participating in recruitment, disciplinary actions, and employee management.
Managing stocktaking and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
Operating a counterbalance forklift when necessary
Maintaining a full, clean driving licence
Performing any additional duties as required
Requirements of the Branch Sales Manager role:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Parts Manager within the motor trade or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Knowledge of trailers, parts, or related products is advantageous.
A full, clean driver’s licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to sales and customer retention
