Are you an experienced engineer with strong knowledge of pumps who wants a Supervisory position for a growing market leader?

The company is an established engineering firm involved with various industrial engineering repairs and refurbishment projects. This department specifically focuses on industrial pumps.

The role involves assisting the Manager with planning workload, assigning jobs and tasks to workshop engineers, training and supporting the team, and deputising for the manager in their absence.

If you have technical knowledge of pumps and want a supervisory role with a leading market player while still working on the shop floor with a busy team, this is for you.

• Monday to Friday – Days

• Technical experience of pumps
• Either wants to get into a leadership support role or wants a fresh challenge
• Mechanical Qualification
