Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an Assistant Manager in a permanent, full-time role in Oldbury. You will support daily operations, manage donations and collections, and help run a large-scale shop and donation centre while backing a repair and reuse service to protect the environment.
You will respond to customer and head office queries, participate in opening/closing duties, and help recruit and train volunteers and staff to maintain high standards across SATCoL’s charity
