Registered Manager

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for transforming young lives? Salutem Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s home.

• Lead and manage the children’s home in line with Ofsted regulations and Salutem’s values
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
• Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Oversee operational, financial, and quality assurance processes
• Promote trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support
• Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the local community

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
