Mixing Operative
Full-Time Permanent

An opportunity has arisen for a Mixing Operative to join a production team on a full-time, permanent basis. Previous blending or mixing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Experience in warehouse, production, or quality assurance environments would be advantageous. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet production targets, and maintain a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing products to strict specifications

• Conducting quality checks

• Operating mixing vessels and associated equipment

• Working with pipework and tank storage systems

• Meeting production targets

• General housekeeping duties

• Adhering to health and safety procedures

• Loading and unloading tankers

• Handling goods with care and attention

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferred)

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
