x2 Crosshead Extrusion Setter positions to join our client's fantastic manufacturing/distribution centre based within the heart of West Bromwich.

There are two shifts available. Please see details below:

• Hours:
  Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 18:00.
  Pay rate £14 per hour.
• Hours:
  Monday-Thursday 07:00-19:00
  Pay rate £13-£14 (dependent on experience)

You will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, please see main duties below.

• Work under the direction of a Team Leader, following assigned tasks and instructions.
• Set up and operate Crosshead Extrusion machinery.
• Carry out routine tool maintenance, including cleaning.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and quality records.
• Uphold strong 5S standards within the work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the role.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Strong experience in setting up and operating crosshead extrusion machinery.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Driven to achieve targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
