CNC​/Offline Programmer

We are looking for an experienced Offline CNC Programmer with experience using Autodesk Powermill to join our contract toolmaking company based in West Bromwich, West Midlands.

Responsibilities

You will be responsable for the offline programming & program editing of CNC machines using CAM packages Autodesk Powermill and Visi.

Program all CNC machines when required.

Assisting shop floor operatives with issues through editing of programsif required.

Apply standard programming processes for parts.

Adherence to Health and Safety policy.

Operation of CNC machines when needed.

Any other duties and ad hoc project work as and when required.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience of using offline CAM programming Autodesk Powermill is essential along with CAD software.

Engineering apprenticeship.

Attention to detail.

Working to tight deadlines.
