Cylinder Filling Operative; Temporary

Position: Cylinder Filling Operative (Temporary)
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently looking for a Cylinder Filling Operative for our well established client based in the heart of Sandwell.

The Cylinder Filling position is responsible for cylinder maintenance, filling gas cylinders, performing pre-fill inspections and other duties as necessary.

Key responsibilities:

• Performing all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections before cylinders are released.

• Ensuring cylinders are properly maintained

• Ensuring cylinder filling records are accurately maintained and following all required procedures in order to comply with regulations

• Performing mathematical calculations

• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks and/or trailers when required

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environments

• Forklift certificate and experience desirable but not essential

• Detail orientated

• Able to lift up to 22.5kg and push/pull carts up to 45kg

This role is paying £12.50 per hour working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. If you're interested in this position, please apply below
