Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate:
£12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.71 per hour in April)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking FLT Operator to join a busy plastic recycling company in Wednesbury. This role involves a combination of forklift operation, manual handling, and machine operation within a fast-paced and noisy warehouse environment
.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a forklift truck (approx. 80% of the role)
Machine operation (approx. 20% of the role)
Manual handling of materials
Supporting general warehouse and recycling operations

Requirements

Valid FLT licence (essential)
Good level of physical fitness due to the demanding nature of the role
Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
Previous experience in the recycling industry is advantageous
Strong work ethic and reliability
