Job Summary
CNC SETTER / OPERATOR £35,000 Double Days Paid Overtime Friendly supportive team Genuine Long-term prospects available
LocationCommutable from Birmingham, Rowley Regis, Brierly Hill, Walsall, West Bromwich, Cradley Heath, Bilston, Willenhall, Wednesbury, Aston, Quinton and Harbourne.
Duties- Operate and set up Star CNC Lathes to meet the build plan.
- Handle job changeovers, tool changes, and assist with breakdowns.
- Complete first-off checks and maintain quality standards.
- Support new part development and produce samples as needed.
- Keep the CNC area organized and maintain tooling stock.
- CNC Lathe experience essential; HAAS/Duggard machining knowledge would be nice, but NOT essential.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Happy to work Double Days.
- Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.
