Position: CNC Operator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + company bonus

Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a specialist Engineering company who are expanding and looking for established CNC professional to join their West Bromwich location.

• Manufacture a variety of sealing products in plastic and rubber materials to required quality standards and deadlines.
• Set, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machinery.
• Create, load, and modify CNC programs.
• Carry out self‑inspection and final inspection of machined components.
• Ensure all parts are produced to drawing specifications and tolerances.
• Plan and schedule work effectively.
• Manage stock levels and support inventory control.
• Support general workshop activities as needed.

• Skilled machinist with experience working with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls.
• Strong engineering background with the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Competent in using precision measuring equipment (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Computer literate and confident with digital workflows.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

• £30,000 - £35,000 salary DOE
