Major Recruitment Oldbury is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor for the UK's leading Precision Tube Manufacturer. The position is based in Oldbury, where the supervisor will manage daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, conducting performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant supervisory role.
The annual package is £42k, including shift allowance and the possibility of overtime.
