Our advanced manufacturing site in Wednesbury, West Midlands, is our newest site, with state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The site employs over 150 individuals who help supply some of the UK’s largest supermarkets and popular restaurants.

About the RoleAs a Process Leader you’ll manage production processes and staff to meet safety, quality, training, productivity, and cost targets set by the company.
Responsibilities- Organise and motivate production staff to ensure they work to their full potential and that the operation is effectively staffed.
- Ensure that all staff, including new staff, are trained and developed appropriately and that relevant documentation is completed.
- Achieve agreed quality standards and ensure products are consistently produced to the agreed standard and specification.
- Continually develop and improve production processes and implement new initiatives.
- Monitor KPI data, complete reporting and present daily performance in KPI meetings.
- Escalate issues in a timely way through key personnel, including production schedulers.
- Plan daily board and rota for staff.
- Ensure staffing issues are dealt with effectively, consistently and fairly.
- Experience working within a fast‑paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills along with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Self‑motivated with a positive working attitude.
- Reliable with the ability to form good working relationships.
- Practical approach to problem solving.
- Team player able to work with minimum supervision and approachable to staff members.
- £14.75 per hour.
- Paid weekly.
- Overtime available.
